a good Stay
separate sinks rainfall shower complimentary toiletries
i stayed in the beautiful king room. it had two separate sinks, which helped a lot. the room included a rainfall shower. i appreciated the complimentary toiletries provided. there were bathrobes available for use.
the Street outside was a little noisy. traffic sounds were somewhat loud. i would have liked quieter windows.

the Concierge arranged transport easily. the front desk staff were ALWAYS helpful. housekeeping ensured my room was clean daily. any request i had was dealt with quickly.

the Hotel restaurant featured tablecloths. breakfast offered served options not buffet. the barman expertly mixed drinks. the Hotel location allows for easy access to several key attractions, including the nearby Holborn underground station.

perfect size great tips reception attention luggage assistance
the room size was perfect. the staff were cute and gave great tips on where to go. i would return for that ALONE.
the reception attention is awful. nobody assisted with luggage during check-in. this lack of transparency is a major problem.

strong smell ventilation issues
The hotel location was convenient, easy for travel around the area.
My room had a strong smell, it came from the hotel's ventilation. It was definitely unpleasant. They need to sort this soon.

Decent Stay at Boutique Hotel
friendly staff early check-in inconsistent service service charge
I appreciated the warm welcome I received with a glass of champagne. I checked in slightly early , and they accommodated me. The staff were very friendly and helpful , particularly at breakfast.
The service felt inconsistent at times. There were moments when the service was good , but other times it had deficits. A sudden 5% service charge on the room rate was on the final bill , which seemed like a tourist ambush.

welcome drinks quick check-out missing information key fob
toni, the porter, helped me with my bags. mary greeted me with welcome drinks at check-in, it was very polite. the check-in and check-out was quick, i did not have to wait. the breakfast was DELICIOUS.
the receptionist did not mention the check out time. i was also not told i needed to use the bedroom key fob in the lift. this caused me problems when i tried to return to my room later that evening.
